- Greet and welcome visitors to the Cleveland Clinic and provide them with necessary information and directions.
- Assist the Information Technology/End User Support team with various administrative tasks, such as organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Shadow experienced professionals and participate in hands-on training to gain knowledge and skills in IT support.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with other interns and team members on projects and assignments.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Customer Service Focus: The Intern Will Be Working With End-Users Of Varying Technical Abilities, And It Is Important To Have A Customer Service Mindset. This Includes Being Patient, Responsive, And Willing To Go Above And Beyond To Assist Users With Their Technical Needs.
Enrolled In A Relevant Degree Program: To Be Considered For This Internship, Candidates Should Be Currently Enrolled In A College Program Focused On Information Technology Or A Related Field.
