Job Description

Cleveland Clinic is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to grow their administrative career in a professional and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.The successful Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks, including providing support to departments, managing calendars, and assisting with various projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a knack for problem-solving and be able to work independently when needed.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field• At least two years of administrative experience in a corporate or healthcare setting• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail• Highly organized and efficient time management skills• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to departments within the Cleveland Clinic.
  2. Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  3. Assist with various projects as needed.
  4. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
  5. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  6. Develop a positive relationship with clients and ensure a high level of customer service.
  7. Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  8. Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any administrative issues.
