Senior Technical Installation Specialist

As a Senior Technical Installation Specialist at CLEAResult, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and expertise in the energy efficiency industry to help customers reach their energy and cost-saving goals. Responsibilities:

1. Install third-party energy efficiency products in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to product installation.
3. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
4. Develop and maintain knowledge of energy efficiency products and industry trends.
5. Monitor progress of installations and ensure that they are completed within established timelines.
6. Identify opportunities for additional energy efficiency upgrades and cost-saving measures.
7. Ensure that all installations comply with industry safety and quality standards.
8. Maintain accurate records of installations and customer feedback.
