Senior Procurement Buyer

At CLEAResult, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Procurement Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring our goods and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, the ability to think outside the box, and the drive to meet deadlines.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in procurement and/or purchasing, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. The Senior Procurement Buyer should also possess excellent negotiation skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities of a Senior Procurement Buyer:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
3. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
5. Analyze supplier costs, delivery times, and quality of goods and services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and invoices.
7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for procurement and purchasing.
8. Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
9. Manage supplier relationships to ensure longevity and positive working partnerships.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior buyers and support staff.
