Senior Operations Manager, Energy Efficiency

At CLEAResult, we're searching for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to support our Energy Efficiency initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in energy efficiency operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and project management.The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for setting up and delivering energy efficiency programs that are designed to meet customer objectives. This position requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy efficiency operations and/or project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement energy efficiency programs that meet customer objectives.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
3. Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Monitor and evaluate program performance, and develop strategies to maximize efficiency.
5. Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved.
6. Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful program implementation.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program performance.
8. Stay informed of industry trends and regulations, and ensure compliance.
9. Manage and mentor team members to ensure that program objectives are met.
