- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify energy efficiency opportunities and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess energy usage and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy efficiency projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy efficiency to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure all objectives are met within allocated resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Mentor and train junior team members on engineering and account management best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
- Act as a brand ambassador for CLEAResult, promoting our mission and values to clients and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Energy Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Engineering Or Energy Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Client Accounts, Preferably With A Focus On Energy Efficiency Or Sustainability.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Building Systems, And Renewable Energy Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Clients And Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
