- Utilize bilingual communication skills to effectively connect with potential clients and drive sales for CLEAResult's energy efficiency solutions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and concerns
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and identify new sales opportunities
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the energy efficiency industry and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador for CLEAResult and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Work independently in a remote work environment and manage time effectively to meet sales quotas and deadlines
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to sales managers and team leaders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential new markets and sales opportunities.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency In Both English And Spanish, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate In Both Languages.
Sales Experience: Prior Experience In Outbound Sales, Preferably In A Remote Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Customer Service Skills: Strong Customer Service Orientation And Ability To Build Rapport With Potential Clients Over The Phone.
