Program Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Program Specialist to join the CLEAResult team. The Program Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our energy efficiency programs, with a focus on program design, implementation, and customer outreach. As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing program strategies to drive customer engagement and energy savings.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience with energy efficiency program design and implementation. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute program strategies for energy efficiency programs to drive customer engagement and energy savings.
2. Review and analyze program designs to ensure customer needs are being met.
3. Create customer outreach materials and strategies to increase program participation.
4. Monitor program progress and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure program effectiveness.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
7. Provide training and technical assistance to customers to ensure successful program participation.
8. Research and identify new energy efficiency technologies and strategies.
9. Prepare reports and presentations to share program results and successes.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure program effectiveness.
