  1. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  4. Maintain and update operational reports and dashboards.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  7. Identify and communicate potential risks or issues that may impact operations.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and tasks.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

  11. Participate in meetings and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues.
  13. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve operational issues.
  14. Support the implementation of new systems or processes.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  16. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  17. Take ownership of projects and tasks and see them through to completion.
  18. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  19. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  20. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to optimize operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Operations, Data Analysis, Or Project Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, Or Renewable Energy Industry Preferred.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools, With The Ability To Create And Present Reports And Dashboards.
