Job Description

Provides technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots HVAC and low voltage technical problems and issues and recommends solutions. Conduct installation of residential wifi thermostats Record and report to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Troubleshoot HVAC problems and issues, regarding installation in accordance with client specifications. Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
