  4. Provide information and resources to help homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies.

  7. Utilize knowledge and experience in HVAC to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
  8. Represent CLEAResult at community events and engage with local organizations to promote energy efficiency.
  9. Continuously monitor and track progress of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for CLEAResult, promoting our values and mission.
  11. Foster relationships with homeowners to encourage long-term commitment to energy-efficient practices.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in energy efficiency to better inform outreach efforts.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and goals.
  14. Maintain accurate records and reports of outreach efforts and results.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Hvac Systems And Energy Efficiency: A Successful Hvac Outreach Representative At Clearesult Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hvac Systems And Their Energy Efficiency Capabilities. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Provide Solutions That Meet Their Needs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Build Relationships Is Essential For A Hvac Outreach Representative. This Role Requires Someone Who Is Personable, Articulate, And Able To Present Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
