Energy Technician

To join our team as an Energy Technician! In this role, you'll act as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. You'll work on a team to install energy efficiency retrofits, provide customer service, collect data, and achieve daily program goals. Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades. Record and report to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, regarding installation in accordance with client specifications. Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
