8. Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize energy efficiency.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline program operations.
10. Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for growth and developing strategies to enhance program performance.
11. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful program delivery.
12. Monitor and report on program progress, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
13. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, promoting our energy efficiency programs and services.
14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while carrying out job duties.
