A Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in energy efficiency or sustainability is required.   1. Conduct energy audits and assessments for clients to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
  2. Develop and implement sustainable energy solutions for clients, utilizing industry best practices and innovative strategies.
  3. Utilize engineering principles and calculations to accurately estimate energy savings and financial returns for proposed projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues on energy efficiency projects and initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues or barriers to project implementation and develop solutions.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports on energy efficiency projects.
  9. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new energy efficiency programs and services.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project details, including energy savings, costs, and timelines.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and market energy efficiency programs and services to potential clients.
  12. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills in energy engineering.
  13. Adhere to company and industry standards for safety, quality, and ethical practices.
  14. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
  15. Act as a company representative at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
