  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote sustainable living and reduce carbon emissions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy efficiency needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  3. Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy usage and offer customized recommendations for energy-efficient solutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
  6. Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
  8. Effectively communicate the benefits of energy efficiency and the company's services to potential clients.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the client base and increase brand awareness.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and compliance standards.
  13. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  14. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of energy efficiency solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Energy Efficiency Or Sustainability Industry.
