We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Energy and Community Engagement Advisor to join our team.As an Energy and Community Engagement Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting and implementing energy efficiency initiatives within local communities. Your expertise in energy conservation and community engagement will be crucial in creating a positive impact on the environment and the lives of individuals and businesses.To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of energy efficiency programs, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with diverse communities.   1. Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and initiatives within local communities.
  2. Engage with community leaders, businesses, and individuals to promote energy conservation practices.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for energy efficiency improvements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop effective strategies and solutions.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on energy efficiency and conservation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and track energy efficiency metrics and report progress to management.
  7. Plan and lead community events and workshops to educate and engage the public on energy conservation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government agencies, utility companies, and community organizations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy efficiency and make recommendations for program improvements.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and community members.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, including community groups, businesses, and internal teams.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop materials and messaging for energy efficiency programs.
  13. Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and partnerships.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve energy efficiency programs based on feedback and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Community Development.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Energy Or Sustainability Consulting, Community Outreach, Or Similar Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Energy Efficiency And Renewable Energy Technologies And Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Build Relationships With Diverse Community Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Energy Policies And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Utility Companies.
