Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at CLEAResult. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their success, by providing knowledgeable and timely responses to their technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a great listener, have a strong technical aptitude, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma/ GED and at least one year of customer service experience. Previous experience with customer support software is a plus. You should also have superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Above all, we're looking for someone who can provide a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
  2. Utilize customer support software to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and solve technical customer issues.
  4. Provide a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Collect feedback from customers to improve customer service.
  8. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  9. Ensure compliance with customer service regulations and standards.
  10. Participate in customer service training and development activities.
