
Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at CLEAResult. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their success, by providing knowledgeable and timely responses to their technical inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a great listener, have a strong technical aptitude, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma/ GED and at least one year of customer service experience. Previous experience with customer support software is a plus. You should also have superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Above all, we're looking for someone who can provide a positive customer experience in every interaction.
