  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy conservation needs and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized energy conservation solutions for clients.
  3. Conduct regular energy audits and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  4. Monitor and track client energy consumption data to identify areas for cost savings.
  5. Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients, showcasing the benefits and impact of conservation efforts.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to energy conservation and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Utilize effective sales techniques to expand existing client accounts and acquire new clients.
  9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project progress, and contract details.
  12. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  13. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Energy Conservation Or Efficiency Management.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Industry Regulations And Policies, Including State And Federal Energy Efficiency Programs.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Ability To Develop And Implement Energy Conservation Plans And Strategies.
