Clarks Shoes is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team and take our wholesale operations to the next level. As the go-to person for the wholesale operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our wholesale operations strategy, overseeing and managing the team, and ensuring that we are running our wholesale operations efficiently and profitably.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in leading, managing, and optimizing wholesale operations. You should have a keen understanding of the wholesale industry, pricing and inventory management, and excellent business acumen. You should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and implement processes and procedures. You must also possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
