Key Account, Services Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced and service-oriented Key Account Services Specialist to join the Clarks Shoes team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our relationships with key accounts, developing and managing account plans, and providing exceptional account support. You’ll have a passion for customer service and building relationships, and you’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.To succeed as a Key Account Services Specialist at Clarks Shoes, you’ll need a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. You’ll also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think proactively and make decisions quickly. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will also be essential for this role.
