HR Generalist/Manager

As a Generalist/Manager of Human Resources (“HR”), you will be responsible for delivering core HR services, including; strategic business planning and partnering, staffing, employee relations, coaching and organizational development. Partner with the business to identify, develop and drive key initiatives such as leadership development, talent/performance management, change management. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers and colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Identifies and helps solve employee performance issues. Drive Learning and Development initiatives and programs effectively. Provide candid and constructive feedback to business leaders about talent moves, gaps, promotions and growth opportunities. Partner with the business to understand and make recommendations on current and future staffing needs.
