Campus Recruiter

Clark Construction is looking for an energetic and driven Campus Recruiter who will be responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring top-tier campus-level talent for full-time positions and internships. Identify and train Alumni Teams to represent and recruit for Clark Construction at campus events; Assist with the creation and implementation of Interview Training tools to ensure skilled and consistent manager approach. Conduct research and analysis of data on college recruiting on-campus strategies, compensation trends, internship programs, leadership programs, student attitudes and perceptions, employer image strategies, employment laws, etc. Ensure high-level of customer service through development of communication strategy for both internal/external customer groups and individuals.
