Benefits Specialist

Serve as Health & Welfare Benefits contact for all Field employees and several Operational entities with emphasis on processing Enrollment, Life Events & Terminations and Resolution of claims issues. Conduct Field Benefits overview presentation at the DC Employee Processing Center several times a week. Participate in monthly Benefits overview presentation for G&A and Operational new hires. Assist with annual Open Enrollment preparation.
