- Uphold confidentiality: Handle sensitive HR data with discretion and maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Public Sector Or Municipal Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
