Veterinary Technician

The City of Seattle is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in providing quality medical care to the animals in our care. As a Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, maintaining medical records, and assisting veterinarians in providing medical services. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a passion for animal welfare. You must also be a team player, have strong organizational skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, an Associate's degree in veterinary technology, or a related field, and at least two years of experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or other related environment is required.
