Utility Construction Worker

The City of Seattle is looking for an experienced Utility Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude for problem solving and a willingness to take on challenging projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining utility systems, as well as performing other related duties as assigned.The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Washington State driver's license, and experience working in a public works or construction environment. A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus. This position requires the ability to perform manual labor for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions.
