As a Voice Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication across our organization and with our community.   1. Design and implement unified communication solutions to meet the needs of the organization and its community.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the unified communication systems.
  3. Proactively monitor and maintain the health of the unified communication systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate unified communication systems with other technologies and applications.
  5. Research and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the unified communication systems.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for the unified communication systems, including system architecture, configurations, and processes.
  7. Train and educate end-users on the use of unified communication systems and best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in unified communication technologies.
  9. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
  11. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  12. Adhere to all security and compliance standards and protocols.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the performance of the unified communication systems.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of projects and initiatives.
  15. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  16. Provide support and guidance to junior team members and assist in their development.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to the unified communication systems.
  18. Participate in regular meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  19. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  20. Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Supporting Unified Communication Systems.

  • Proficiency In Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm), Unity Connection, And Unified Contact Center Express (Uccx).

  • Strong Understanding Of Voip Protocols, Such As Sip, H.323, And Mgcp.
