
Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates for positions throughout the City.The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting in a corporate or public sector setting. They will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to effectively assess the qualifications of a diverse pool of candidates. They should be creative and have the ability to think outside the box when it comes to recruitment and retention. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of recruiting best practices, experience in developing relationships with internal customers, and the ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies. They will be highly organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
