Extensive Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Maintenance Machinist In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Organization Such As The City Of Seattle.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Operating And Maintaining Various Machines And Equipment, Such As Lathes, Milling Machines, And Grinders.
Mechanical Aptitude: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical Principles And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Machinery. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Diagnosing And Fixing Mechanical Issues.
