  4. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of program managers and other staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor and analyze program performance and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure program success.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  8. Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
  9. Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, including presenting to city officials and community members.
  10. Participate in city-wide initiatives and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in program management and implement relevant strategies.
  12. Represent the city's programs and services at public events and meetings.
  13. Foster partnerships and collaborations with external organizations to support program goals and initiatives.
  14. Uphold a commitment to public service and act as a role model for ethical behavior and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Program Development, And Implementation.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Public Administration, Business Management, Or Urban Planning.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Program Goals.

  • Experience Working With Government Agencies And Stakeholders To Navigate Complex Political And Community Dynamics.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Manage Large Budgets, Including Identifying Funding Sources And Securing Grants.
