Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Urban Planning Or A Similar Role, Preferably In A Municipal Government Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Land Use, Zoning, And Environmental Planning.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Solutions To Complex Planning Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
