- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Monitor deadlines and assist in meeting court and filing deadlines.
- Assist with training and mentoring new paralegals.
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation for the paralegal department.

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Paralegal, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Legal Procedures, Terminology, And Research Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
Proficiency In Legal Software And Technology, Including Document Management And E-Filing Systems.
