  1. Analyze and evaluate current management systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management systems.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and process improvement.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot issues within management systems and develop solutions to resolve them.
  6. Create and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.
  7. Train and educate employees on new or updated management systems.
  8. Monitor and track performance indicators to measure the success of implemented system improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in management systems to make recommendations for enhancements.
  10. Communicate and present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to management.
  11. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
  12. Uphold the city's commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable workplace through all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Systems Analysis Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Management Systems, Such As Erp Or Crm Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
