The City of Seattle is looking for a Hydroelectric Maintenance Machinist to help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our hydroelectric power plants. We are looking for someone with a strong technical skillset and a commitment to safety and excellence. With an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, this role will provide the opportunity to help keep Seattle's hydroelectric power running smoothly.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of hydroelectric plants, as well as experience in machining and welding. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a variety of tools and machinery, is able to work efficiently and independently, and has a strong understanding of safety protocols.
