Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, Advisor to join the City of Seattle team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice and support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and a recognized professional qualification in Human Resources. We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and driving employee engagement, as well as a strong understanding of HR policies and practices.The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A positive, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
