Grounds Maintenance Lead Worker

The City of Seattle is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Grounds Maintenance Lead Worker. The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated to lead a team of grounds maintenance workers to ensure that all tasks related to the upkeep of City of Seattle parks and grounds are completed in an efficient and timely manner. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of grounds maintenance, from the planning and scheduling of work to the reporting of results to supervisors.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field. A valid driver’s license and experience operating motorized equipment is also required.
