Energy Management Analyst

The City of Seattle is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Energy Management Analyst to join its team. This position will play an essential role in helping the City of Seattle achieve its ambitious energy efficiency goals and combat climate change. The ideal candidate will have an analytical background and extensive knowledge of energy management systems and regulations. The successful candidate will have a passion for energy efficiency and sustainability and be an excellent communicator. The Energy Management Analyst will be responsible for analysis and implementation of energy management systems, development of energy plans and strategies, and completion of special projects to support the City of Seattle’s energy goals.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, physics, or related field• At least 3 years of professional experience in energy management, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related field• Knowledge of energy management systems, regulations, and best practices• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• A passion for energy efficiency and sustainability
