Design and implement data architecture that supports the City's mission and initiatives.
Collaborate with various teams and departments to identify data needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data standards.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Identify and implement innovative solutions for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
Monitor and optimize data architecture for performance and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data architecture.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to identify and address data gaps or issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate data from various sources.
Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection regulations.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Architecture Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Data Modeling And Database Design Principles.
Proficiency In Sql And Other Programming Languages Commonly Used In Data Analysis.
Experience With Data Warehousing And Data Integration Techniques.
Knowledge Of Data Security And Privacy Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing Data Governance Policies.
