
Counselor (Case Manager)

- Provide counseling services to individuals and families in need, including but not limited to mental health support, crisis intervention, and resource referrals.
- Develop and implement personalized case plans for each client, taking into consideration their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate services and support for clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to case plans as needed.
- Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their voices and needs are heard and addressed.
- Provide support and guidance to clients in navigating community resources and services.
- Collaborate with community partners and participate in community outreach to promote awareness of available resources and support services.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field to ensure high-quality and ethical services are provided.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
A Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field Is Required.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Counseling Or Case Management Is Preferred.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships With Clients And Collaborating With Other Agencies.
Knowledge Of Mental Health Resources And Social Services In The Seattle Area Is Highly Desirable.
Must Be Licensed Or Able To Obtain Licensure As A Mental Health Counselor Or Social Worker In The State Of Washington.
