  1. Develop and implement strategies to engage diverse groups of community members in civic activities and initiatives.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and partnership.
  3. Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and forums to facilitate open dialogue and gather feedback from residents.
  4. Conduct outreach and education efforts to increase awareness and participation in city programs and services.
  5. Collaborate with various city departments to ensure community needs are considered in decision-making processes.
  6. Act as a liaison between the city and community members, addressing concerns and promoting understanding and cooperation.
  7. Monitor and evaluate community engagement efforts, providing recommendations for improvement and innovation.
