Job Description

The City of Seattle is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Support Technician to join our team and provide outstanding customer service. We are looking for a professional who is eager to take ownership of their work and be an integral part of our team. The Client Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people. We are looking for someone who is motivated and has a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
