In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our city's operations.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the city's operations.
  2. Conduct data analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization in city operations.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives.
  5. Monitor and track progress of initiatives, identify any roadblocks or challenges, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for city initiatives.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for integrating them into city operations.
  9. Represent the city at meetings, conferences, and other events to promote city initiatives and gather insights and information from other organizations.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to city operations and initiatives.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of goals and objectives.
  12. Use project management tools and software to track progress and communicate updates on initiatives.
  13. Conduct research and analyze data to support the development of business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on city initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Operations Planning And Development, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Budgeting And Financial Management Principles, Including Experience With Developing And Monitoring Budgets For Projects And Programs.
