  1. Conduct thorough analysis of complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations to support citywide initiatives and promote the overall mission of creating an inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous community.
  3. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and develop solutions to address them.

  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including team members, management, and external partners.

  8. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans.
  10. Train and mentor team members on business analysis techniques and tools.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  12. Proactively identify and address risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

  15. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
