  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement modernization plans for the city's electrical grid.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in the current grid system.
  3. Design and develop innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the electrical grid.
  4. Work closely with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
  5. Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for grid modernization projects.
  6. Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  7. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the condition of existing electrical infrastructure.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date on advancements and trends in electrical engineering and apply them to project design and development.
  10. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to procure equipment and materials for grid modernization projects.
  11. Assist in project budgeting and cost estimation.
  12. Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers and interns.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure project compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  15. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote our innovative grid modernization efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Design, Operation, And Maintenance Of Electrical Grids.

  • Familiarity With Grid Modernization And Renewable Energy Technologies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical Codes, Standards, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
