Job Description

As an Administrative Staff Assistant in Contract Administration at the City of Seattle, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the contract management team. We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to join our team and help us manage our contracts. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with a commitment to accuracy in the performance of their duties.The successful applicant should have a minimum of two years’ experience in contract administration or a related field. They must have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
