  1. Provide administrative support to the department by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and databases.
  3. Process and track department expenses, reimbursements, and budget reports.
  4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of departmental materials, such as reports, presentations, and memos.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support departmental projects and initiatives.
  8. Coordinate and facilitate department events, workshops, and trainings.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance departmental operations.
  13. Stay updated on city policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all administrative tasks.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and the public.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Administrative Processes: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Administrative Processes Such As Record Keeping, Scheduling, And Document Management.
