  1. Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Design and implement efficient and effective systems to meet the needs of the city's operations.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and processes.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals.
  6. Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for enhancements or modifications.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
  8. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Train and support end-users on new systems and processes.
  10. Ensure security and data integrity of systems and processes.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to systems and processes.
  12. Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise and guidance.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to implement and maintain systems.
  14. Adhere to established standards and guidelines for system development and maintenance.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  16. Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to management on system performance and progress.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  19. Represent the city in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  20. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development in the field of systems analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Government Or Municipal Setting.

  • Proficiency In Database Management, Sql, And Programming Languages Such As Java Or C++.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
