  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of workers compensation claims to determine eligibility and appropriate benefits for employees.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the workers compensation process.
  3. Collaborate with insurance providers and legal counsel to manage and resolve complex workers compensation cases.
  4. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to workers compensation.

  14. Represent the organization in workers compensation hearings and negotiations.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of workers compensation processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
