We are seeking an experienced, talented, and organized Real Estate Coordinator to join the City of Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise, assistance, and support for the acquisition, management, and disposition of City-owned real estate. You will collaborate closely with City departments, external stakeholders, and legal counsel, to ensure successful completion of real estate transactions.The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the administrative and legal aspects of real estate transactions, and strong organizational and communication skills.
