  1. Oversee all aspects of property management for the City of Portland, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  2. Ensure that all city properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations and codes.
  3. Develop and implement efficient property management policies and procedures.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.
  5. Communicate with tenants and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with city departments to coordinate property maintenance and repairs.

Job Qualifications
